The gift of Literacy

Cameron and his first grade class got a field trip to the community college to attend "the gift of literacy". It was a great experience. This program was inspired by a desire to promote a love of reading among young children. Cameron came home with a cool bag with a book, stickers, pencils and book markers. The first thing he wanted to do was to sit down and read his new book. He had alot of fun with this experience.
